How to deal with Anxiety?
Anxiety is a common emotion when dealing with daily stresses and problems. If it becomes persistent, consistent, irrational and affect a person's ability to function, anxiety becomes a disorder.
Although not a very pleasant experience, there are some simple strategies that are effective in reducing anxiety and contributing to emotional well-being.

Why should we give talk-therapy a try?
The beauty of talk-therapy is that it addresses not just the symptoms but also the cause of one's problem. Therapy is not very common especially in a South asian household. We've been taught to bury our feelings inside and many still believe that therapy is for wusses but this is far from the truth.
